1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any HeadPay service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use HeadPay, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the organization.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Virtual Card Services

HeadPay provides virtual payment cards for online transactions. Cards are issued subject to our approval and compliance verification. We reserve the right to decline card issuance, suspend, or terminate cards at our discretion for risk or compliance reasons.

5. Funding and Transactions

You may fund your HeadPay account using approved payment methods. All transactions are subject to spending limits, fraud checks, and applicable fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating transactions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HeadPay for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Purchasing prohibited goods or services
• Circumventing spending limits or fraud controls
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Fees

HeadPay charges top-up processing fees as described on our Top Up page. We may update fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your remaining balance (minus any pending transactions or fees) will be returned to your registered funding source.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
